Niveshalaya is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund & SIF Distributor. We facilitate mutual fund and Specialised Investment Fund distribution. We do not represent ourselves as a bank, PMS, AIF, robo-advisor, or SEBI-registered Investment Adviser unless separately stated. Our role on this platform is focused on education, investment discovery, and mutual fund/SIF distribution-related support.

3. Educational Purpose

All content, calculators, and journeys on this platform are for educational and illustrative purposes only. They should not be construed as personalised investment advice or as a recommendation to transact in any specific scheme or investment product.

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having lawful jurisdiction over the principal place of business of Niveshalaya, subject to applicable law.
